This is a fully comprehensive course, where you will learn all of the fundamentals of Glass Fusing, a technique where either clear or coloured glass is melted together inside a kiln, in order to produce art pieces. Your imagination's the limit here, think jewellery, bowls, sculptures, panels and ornaments . During this eight week course you will explore different ways to manipulate glass into creative forms, starting with the basics of health and safety, firing and working with different kinds of glass, and learning skills in cutting, hanging, relief, bending and patterns. The course is designed to accommodate your current level and build your knowledge and skills either from scratch or as an opportunity to develop and refresh your skills, come along to this fun and friendly course to learn the basics of fused glass.
